GTK3 now in Ubuntu Mate 16.10

Ubuntu Mate 16.10 now has full support for GTK3, Mate desktop 1.16.0, many bug fixes, new artwork, and an updated Welcome Screen.

If you are a new user to Linux or just looking to try, Ubuntu Mate would be a very good environment to make a start, it has tools built within the desktop which helps with the Linux learning curve.
